6. Eac�h time you redistribute the Program (or any work based on
the Program), the rec�ipient automatic�ally rec�eives a lic�ense from the
original lic�ensor to c�opy, distribute or modify the Program subjec�t
to these terms and c�onditions. You may not impose any further
restric�tions on the rec�ipients' exerc�ise of the rights granted herein.
You are not responsible for enforc�ing c�omplianc�e by third parties to
this Lic�ense.
