c�) Ac�c�ompany it with the information you rec�eived as to the
offer to distribute c�orresponding sourc�e c�ode. (This alternative
is allowed only for nonc�ommerc�ial distribution and only if you
rec�eived the program in objec�t c�ode or exec�utable form with
suc�h an offer, in ac�c�ord with Subsec�tion b above.)
The sourc�e c�ode for a work means the preferred form of the work for
making modific�ations to it. For an exec�utable work, c�omplete sourc�e
c�ode means all the sourc�e c�ode for all modules it c�ontains, plus any
assoc�iated interfac�e definition files, plus the sc�ripts used to c�ontrol
c�ompilation and installation of the exec�utable. However, as a spec�ial
exc�eption, the sourc�e c�ode distributed need not inc�lude anything
that is normally distributed (in either sourc�e or binary form) with the
major c�omponents (c�ompiler, kernel, and so on) of the operating
system on whic�h the exec�utable runs, unless that c�omponent itself
ac�c�ompanies the exec�utable.
If distribution of exec�utable or objec�t c�ode is made by offering
ac�c�ess to c�opy from a designated plac�e, then offering equivalent
ac�c�ess to c�opy the sourc�e c�ode from the same plac�e c�ounts as
distribution of the sourc�e c�ode, even though third parties are not
c�ompelled to c�opy the sourc�e along with the objec�t c�ode.
4. You may not c�opy, modify, sublic�ense, or distribute the Program
exc�ept as expressly provided under this Lic�ense. Any attempt
otherwise to c�opy, modify, sublic�ense or distribute the Program is
void, and will automatic�ally terminate your rights under this Lic�ense.
However, parties who have rec�eived c�opies, or rights, from you
under this Lic�ense will not have their lic�enses terminated so long as
suc�h parties remain in full c�omplianc�e.
5. You are not required to ac�c�ept this Lic�ense, sinc�e you have not
signed it. However, nothing else grants you permission to modify
or distribute the Program or its derivative works. These ac�tions are
prohibited by law if you do not ac�c�ept this Lic�ense. Therefore, by
modifying or distributing the Program (or any work based on the
Program), you indic�ate your ac�c�eptanc�e of this Lic�ense to do so, and
all its terms and c�onditions for c�opying, distributing or modifying
the Program or works based on it.
