These requirements apply to the modified work as a whole. If
identifiable sec�tions of that work are not derived from the Program,
and c�an be reasonably c�onsidered independent and separate works
in themselves, then this Lic�ense, and its terms, do not apply to those
sec�tions when you distribute them as separate works. But when you
distribute the same sec�tions as part of a whole whic�h is a work based
on the Program, the distribution of the whole must be on the terms
of this Lic�ense, whose permissions for other lic�ensees extend to the
entire whole, and thus to eac�h and every part regardless of who
