This menu allows you to edit, delete or add an email
account.
] Account
You can set up to 3 email accounts by selecting Add
new. Using the Edit menu, you can set the following
values.
Set as default: You can select a mail account as
default.
Edit
- User name: Enter your email ID.
- Email address: Enter the email address given to
you by your service provider.
- Incoming server: Enter the POP3 address and Port
number of the account that receives your email.
- Incoming ID/PWD: Allows you to enter your email
ID/Password.
- Outgoing server: Enter the SMTP address and
Port number of the computer that sends your
email.
- Outgoing ID/PWD: Allows you to enter your email
ID/Password.
- Access point: Allow you to select the access point
from the list.
- Options
Leave message on server: Select Yes to leave the
message on the server.
Insert signature: Select Yes to attach your
signature to your email messages.
Rename: Change the selected account name from
the list.
Delete: Deletes the selected account from the list.
Access point: You can edit the access points. There
are default access points for some operators, stored
in phone memory.
